She is the first woman to hold the position of Minister of Petroleum Resources in Nigeria. She excelled so much in the oil field to become the first-ever female to lead OPEC as the President in 2014 and served the federal cabinet of Nigeria as a minister in Transportation, Mines and Steel Development, and Petroleum Resources.
