Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki has awarded the reconstruction of the State owned School of Nursing and Midwifery, which have been abandoned over the years.
The Governor made this known while on inspection tour of the dilapidated buildings housing the nursing and midwifery school and its hostel facilities.
He says his administration is seeking to revamp the entire healthcare sector instead of concentrating on just an aspect.
The Governor decried encroachment on government land by some persons in the vicinities of the school and hostel.
