Bashir Mohammed , a member representing Nguroje Constituency in the Taraba State House of Assembly has been abducted by unknown gunmen at his home in Jalingo the State capital.
A family member reported that it happened at 1am on Wednesday morning.
The abducted lawmaker is the chairman House Committee On Information in the Taraba State House of Assembly.
The Taraba State Police Command is yet to confirm the incident at the time of this report.
