The five PDP governors have been insisting on the removal of Iyorchia Ayu, the party’s national chairman.

This is as the crisis rocking the party has defied solution, and reports say the governors are contemplating who to back between Bola Tinubu of the APC and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

The decision of Atiku Abubakar, PDP presidential candidate to select Ifeanyi Okowa, governor of Delta as his running mate had angered Wike and his colleagues.
