Apostle Johnson Suleman, General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, has openly criticised Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote following a string of deadly accidents involving trucks owned by his company.

The cleric’s remarks came after a Dangote truck was involved in a tragic accident in Auchi, Edo State, which claimed the lives of three people.

Taking to Instagram, Suleman accused the Dangote Group of negligence and poor management of its logistics operations.

“@Alikodangote, you are not the only rich man on earth. Your recklessness in managing your business has caused harm to families and made many parents childless. Your truck just killed 3 people a few minutes ago in Auchi. You give trucks to little boys who are high on drugs and untrained. This won’t go unchallenged,” he wrote.

His criticism has been echoed by popular social media activist, VeryDarkMan, who condemned the continued carnage caused by Dangote trucks. He alleged that many of the company’s drivers are unlicensed and unfit to operate heavy-duty vehicles.

VeryDarkMan also urged the government to enforce stricter regulations on truck drivers, warning that if decisive action is not taken, communities in Edo and other parts of Nigeria may begin to restrict the operations of Dangote trucks.

Adding to the outrage, Big Brother Naija winner, Phyna, revealed that her younger sister, Ruth Otabor, was recently hit by a Dangote truck in Auchi. The accident left Ruth with severe injuries, forcing doctors to amputate her leg.

Phyna accused the company of attempting to cover up details of the crash and demanded justice for her sister and other victims of similar accidents.

The repeated accidents have sparked fresh calls for accountability, with critics insisting that the Dangote Group must take urgent steps to improve driver training, safety standards, and compensation for victims.
