Nigeria’s leading carrier, Air Peace, has taken delivery of another Boeing 777-200ER aircraft, registered 5N-CEG and christened “Chinonso Onyema.”
The wide-body aircraft, popularly known as the “Triple Seven,” joins the airline’s growing fleet as it prepares to expand its London operations. Air Peace will launch new international routes from Abuja’s Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport to London Heathrow on October 26 and to London Gatwick on October 28.
With these additions, the airline will operate three routes into London, complementing its existing Lagos–London Gatwick service.
Founded by Chief Allen Onyema, CON, Air Peace has consistently pursued fleet expansion to strengthen Nigeria’s position in the global aviation market.
