The Federal Executive Council (FEC), has approved contracts in the sum of forty-four point five billion naira for various projects under the ministry of works and housing, power and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The meeting presided over by president Muhammadu Buhari, approved the sum of eight point one billion naira for the completion and rehabilitation of some roads across the country.
Minister of power Sale Mamman, said council approved over four point seven billion naira for the power sector.
The minister of the Federal Capital Territory Mohammed Bello, on his part, said FEC approved contracts for water treatment projects and roads within the territory to the tune of over thirty-one point six three billion naira.
Wednesday’s 29th virtual Federal Executive. Council meeting, was the last in the year 2020.
