The National Identity Management Commission NIMC has suspended its nationwide strike over what it describes as poor work environment and pay package.
In a statement released by the head of the corporate communications kayode Adegoke the Minister of communications and Digital economy has assured the workers that their grievances are being addressed to ensure a smooth linkage of the NIN with SIM cards for the overall security of lives and property of Nigerians.
The management of NIMC has also assured the workers of adequate personal protective Equipment in the discharge of their duties Nationwide.
